 yet another big release from the d-classics team... re-edits from edit man of the moment nico. 3 sure shot heavy funk stormer get the 2008 treatment for extended club pleasure. first up, has been just retouched for a slighter dancefloor-friendly structure, but obviously still keeping the original deep heavy spirit. then the b side opens up with a real re-rubbed version, dubbier version, for the djs to play along the original vocal version from the killer diva. then the 3rd movement, extract from a french 70's classic soundtrack's original 12inch pressing is pure lock groove aiming straight at your boogie boots. sure shot we say...   Please log in to see details

 what a back to back funk winner... we had quite a dilemma on these two... we love the original tracks so much, that it was dificult to chose wether to re-edit them or just release them as they were... we couldnt figure out, so we decided to reach a middle ground. a side is totaly redone, with extra programed breaks and clavinet hooks for maximum pleasure, as b side gets the release totally as the original 12inch intrumental version (yes the one on the original indie release, not the one from the later major repress)... well... totally... not quite, the rythm has been straighten and quantize, so now you can mix it...   Please log in to see details
